This second volume features eight brand-new projects that pick up where Volume 1 left off and are some of the most creatively diverse pieces we’ve published, in terms of their overall approach, finish and construction.

Nicola Jarvis embraces a growing trend in needlework that begins with a pre-printed design and then embellishes selected elements with embroidery to enhance and accentuate key features. As a result, some designs are fully stitched, while others are partially embroidered, allowing aspects of the printed design to show through and creating a beautiful partnership between print and stitch.
