Homespun Volume 13 – a preview of the new theme:
Homespun Vol 13 No 1 is the start of the gorgeous new block of the month by Browyn Hayes titled "We Are Family". This project will be published over the next 4 editions (Vol 13 No 1 to Vol 13 No 4 inclusive).
Homespun magazine will be running a POM (Project of the Month) next year from Vol 13 No 3 to Vol 13 No 12. The project will be a luggage collection entitled "A Trip To Remember" and all the finished luggage pieces will be donated to Alzheimer´s Australia. We will be using a new range of fabric called Lark by Amy Butler of Westminster Fibers and the designers involved include Natalie Bird of The Birdhouse, Monica Poole of Moon Shine Designs, Natalie Ross of Natalie Ross in Stitches, Majella Rush of Kookaburra Cottage Quilts, as well as the world-renowned Amy Butler herself. There will be a number of bags and accessories to create with more information on the projects in upcoming issues. The first promotion for the POM will be in HSN Vol 12 No 12 and then there will be a sneaky peek of some projects in HSN 13.1 and HSN 13.2.
